Sharon Graham
Assistant Vice Chancellor

Sharon D. Graham serves as the Assistant Vice Chancellor of Professional & Continuing Education based at the Edwards Campus in Overland Park.

Professional & Continuing Education serves a wide variety of professional training and outreach needs through Professional Programs, the Kansas Law Enforcement Training Center, and the Kansas Fire & Rescue Training Institute. In addition, the KU Osher Lifelong Learning Institute provides statewide and Kansas City metro area educational outreach to citizens 50 years of age and older.

With a staff of approximately 100 FTE, Professional & Continuing Education offers 1000+ educational events annually to more than 70,000 students in all 105 Kansas counties, 50 U.S. states, and 56 countries.

Sharon has held positions in Continuing Education and with the Madison and Lila Self Graduate Fellowship at the University of Kansas. She previously was the Director of the Division of Continuing Education at Washburn University.

Sharon received her Master of Business Administration at the University of Kansas and a Bachelor of Journalism at the University of Missouri. She also is an alumnus of Leadership Overland Park.

Steve Bunch
Director, Program Research and Analysis
As director for program development, Stephen Bunch performs a variety of tasks, including market research, competition analysis, and customer and program data analysis. He has been at KU since 1976, first as a lecturer in English and then with KU Professional & Continuing Education as editor, publications manager and director, marketing director, and in his current position. As a professional member of the University Professional and Continuing Education Association, he has chaired the UPCEA Marketing Seminar planning committee and been a commissioner on the Commission on Futures and Markets. Stacy Cordell
Director of Professional Programs
Stacy Cordell has been a program manager with KU Professional & Continuing Education since 2008. During her tenure, Stacy has managed numerous conferences on the KU Lawrence campus, across Kansas and throughout the United States. With a professional background in workforce development and family business consulting, Stacy develops and manages online continuing education and public short courses.

Kevin Curry
Assistant Director for Engineering and Technology Programs
Kevin Curry manages online engineering and technology certificate programs as well as live programs in engineering management and supply chain technology. In addition, Kevin manages a large annual international conference focused on engineering education which is co-sponsored by IEEE and ASEE.

Glenn Pribbenow
Director, Kansas Fire and Rescue Training Institute

In 1997 Glenn became the Director of the Kansas Fire & Rescue Training Institute at the University of Kansas. During his career Glenn has been active in a number of national fire service activities including the National Fire Academy, the NFPA, the International Fire Service Training Congress, and the North American Fire Training Directors Association. Over the last 18 years Glenn has overseen the rapid expansion of the fire service training program within the KU Professional & Continuing Education program.

Emily Zentner
Business Manager, Business Office
Emily Zentner is the Director of Business Services for KU Professional & Continuing Education, overseeing the financial, HR and registration functions of the department. Her role includes fund accounting, grant management, recruiting, financial reporting, compliance, and employee relations. Emily is a Certified Management Accountant with bachelor’s and master’s degrees in Accounting. She has been with KUPCE since 2008.
